This acronym stands for Building Information Modeling or Management, referring to a digital model and the information that goes with it:

our conception of the project, the equipment and their characteristics,
phasing of works and related scheduling,
quantity surveys and calculations (internal),
environmental indications (energy performance, carbon footprint, life-cycle analysis),
and operating conditions for our clients.

BIM is used to schedule, implement and manage all the dimensions of the project, then provide the client with all the information required for operation and maintenance.
